MagicINFO™ Author provides several built-in components for creating optimised content. First, built-in templates and clipart, including stickers and decorative stamps, make content more visually appealing and grab consumers' attention. Dynamic visual effects can also be added, bringing content to life with options such as snow, rain, confetti and smoke. Finally, Author supports integrated applications, including Media RSS, for full user integration.

MagicINFO™ Server supports scheduling based on a variety of custom conditions, from device information such as screen size and resolution, to POS data and even weather conditions. Instead of setting up schedules for individual displays, Server allows managers to set up basic conditions before automatically displaying the most effective content based on the conditions set. This reduces the time and effort required to create, schedule and distribute playlists for multiple occasions.

MagicINFO™ Server can distribute up to ten scheduled multi-channels, as well as easily create multiple frames within a single display panel, each with the ability to play back its own unique content. The server also prevents gaps in the delivery of critical content through a backup playback setting that transfers content to a secondary display if the main device is down, ensuring there is no disruption to business.

MagicINFO™ Server allows users to remotely control important display settings from anywhere with an intuitive mirroring interface that works as if users were standing right in front of the display. Details of any hardware errors and warnings are also provided so users can diagnose any problems, identify the cause and resolve them via a web-based manual. Users are alerted to any content or device errors, provided by monitoring capabilities on a single dashboard and shared via email notifications for maximum efficiency.

MagicINFO™ Player is supported by an advanced intelligent download function, which means that the player downloads content from the MagicINFO™ Server before distributing it to other players via an internal network. This ensures that the server only has to perform one data transition, avoiding any unnecessary network traffic and creating a more efficient process.

By interacting with specialised sensors, content or products are displayed based on recognition of specific customer behaviours. Compatibility with IR, NFC, Barcode and RFID enables managers to programme content to appear automatically following a customer action, ranging from personalised welcome messages to promotional content linked to a specific product or service. Users can also program certain areas of a display to react to specific customer responses, rather than replacing the entire screen.
