Access control

Access control

The list of visitors or staff in real time present in the company

Our access control system provides aggregated presence data for all people in the company (employees, external companies, drivers).

Who it is aimed at

The software is designed for companies that receive guests in their company and therefore need to have control over who is in the company and in which areas. This software therefore increases the security of the company.
Companies requiring visit approval process
Companies that want to speed up the registration, approval and printing of passes
Companies with a high number of visits
Companies offering group visits

The software chosen by SBB

Some SBB sites are already using our access control system.

The access control system consists mainly of a touch screen and a printer for badges that allow a visitor to be independent.

Using a touch screen, visitors can announce themselves or print an entry badge directly from a previously received invitation. Once the badge is printed out, the visitor will clock in and out so that the company administrators and reception have a real-time view of their movements around the company. If a visitor announces himself without an invitation, he will have to go through the reception for a check before he can enter the facility.

For group visits, new participants can be added directly from the terminal, in case of last-minute participation or forgetfulness.

This system allows visitors to be as independent as possible, saving their staff time in the company and giving them more control.

The badge shown has the visitor's main data, so that it is recognised by all employees in the company. The badge in case of loss can be reprinted, with a reprint limit and a warning to administrators that the reprint has taken place.

At the time of the visit, you can also register your car number plate and print out a badge to be placed in your car so that it is recognisable. This allows the company to have real-time availability of its car parks for visitors.
