This is what the new Galaxy Z Fold 4 will look like

According to rumours, the new Galaxy Z Fold 4 could be released by the end of 2022.

According to a tweet posted by leaker Yoghesh Brar, the new phone will have an internal AMOLED 7.6″ QXGA display and an external 6.2″ HD+ display, both with 120Hz refresh rates. Nothing so striking compared to its predecessor, except for the technology used for the internal display, which will further mask the central fold.

The phone will have a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1, coupled with 12 or 16 GB of RAM, 256 or 512 GB of storage space and a 4,400mAh battery with 25W charging. Despite only 25W fast charging, the new Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 should make things quite sustainable.

The most substantial improvements are in the cameras, as the phone will have a 10MP external camera, a 16MP internal camera and the main rear 50MP + 12MP ultra wide angle and 12MP tele x3 cameras.

To give a brief summary, the new Z Fold 4 will be wider, with better cameras and better masking of the inner fold.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 is the successor to the Galaxy Z Fold 3, which we discuss here.
